Privacy
How we handle your information.
Last updated June 2026
Cours Co operates this website and the private chef and catering business described on it. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short on purpose.
What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, preferred way to be reached, the kind of event, the date, location, guest count, budget range, and any notes.
If you are an existing client and complete a flavor profile, we collect dietary information you choose to share, including allergies, protocols, foods you love or avoid, and notes about your kitchen. We treat this as sensitive and use it only to cook for your household.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to plan and cook for your engagement, and to keep records of the work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing.
Who sees it
Your information is handled by Cours and the people directly involved in cooking and delivering your service. We use a small number of service providers to run the business, including an email provider that delivers your messages to us and our confirmation back to you. They process information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the work and our records, then remove it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us not to keep it. California residents have these rights under California law. To make a request, reach us through the form at coursdining.com/inquire.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
